ArcGIS Mission Responder - Chat Error

Question

I used 3 diferent devices to test ArcGIS Mission version 21.2 and Enterprise 10.9.1.

In all of them I got an error when I try to open a created message in a chat.

Is there a reported error about it??

I used a Samsung S21, LG 40KS and Samsung S9 (too old).

When I try to access a message in a chat, apps just closes, with no message and no screenshots.

Could I ask what devices that you got these errors on? Also, if you have any screenshots of the error that would be helpful in figuring out what is happening and why.
