Map Tour data source error

I'm trying to make a map tour within a story map, using points from a csv that I've uploaded to ArcGIS online. When I select the data-driven map tour and select the feature layer, I get an error saying "The data source for this tour no longer exists or you do not have permission to use it"

The issue here was that one of the entries in the csv I was using for the underlying map was missing a latitude value. I didn't catch it because the points still displayed in the feature layer.
