ArcSOC Optimizer Set up - ArcGIS Monitor Credentials Empty

Hey Everyone,

I just got ArcGIS Monitor up and running and I am trying to get a ArcSOC Optimizer extension going. On setting this up, the ArcGIS Monitor Credentials Field is empty when I press the down arrow. Am I missing something in the set up?

I just setup ArcGIS Monitor ArcSOC Optimizer yesterday and went through the same thing. You need to create ArcGIS Monitor credentials.

I attached a screenshot that should help you.
