Traffic Counts data missing entire states

Question

i'm using the demographics rest api and having some trouble with traffic counts... https://demographics5.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Traffic_Counts that's the endpoint, but for some reason we get data in certain states but not others for example, i get data for florida but not georgia this is the address to a kroger in atlanta, but returns no data... https://demographics5.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Traffic_Counts/MapServer/0/query?where=Cnt1year%3E2019&geometryType=esriGeometryPoint&geometry=-84.34785499439941,33.75709399755908&distance=5&units=esriSRUnit_StatuteMile&inSR=4326&outSR=4326&outFields=Traffic1&returnGeometry=false&f=json&orderByFields=Traffic1%20DESC&resultRecordCount=1

good catch. but why would entire states not have data for entire years? seems strange that (for instance) georgia would have tons of data up to 2018 but then have nothing at all.

weird issue with the data provider?

how do u debug or get to the bottom of this?

And I can only retrieve data for some states until 2019.

When I load the layer in the map viewer I see data from all locations (but some are coming from 2018):

Let's see if someone else can give us more information if that's right.
