Editing single choice gird

I am using the Single choice grid feature in Survey 123 and would like to edit it so that I could enter a number instead of clicking a single button. I am trying to create a birding survey and in the grid I have habitat type in the X axis and bird species in the Y axis. I would like to be able to enter the specific number I see of each bird in each habitat type.

Single choice grids are an extension of single choice questions. They provide a list of potential answers for a series of questions from which the user selects one. The questions do not allow user input. 

For your survey you will need an integer question for each habitat type.
