Time in Date field not showing in ArcGIS Dashboard

I have date fields set in a CSV-hosted feature layer- that I currently use for an ArcGIS Dashboard, however, when I try to display the date field, only the date shows up without the time. In map viewer, I have enabled the show time tick box as GISSupport3 suggested. What am I missing?
