Capture Survey123 addAttachment operation using ArcGIS Server SOI

Hi,

Can anyone tell me on what protocol is Survey123 communicating with Feature Layers? I am wondering if it's possible to catch Feature Layer addAttachment operation on ArcGIS Server Object Interceptor (SOI) REST request handler.
