Field maps forms on windows?

Question

Hello,  I have spent some time building a dashboard (read only) and a Field Maps map and form for field workers to enter data.  This mostly seems to be a great solution.  However, it would be nice to have the capability for some field workers to enter the same data in the structured way of the form, but on a windows desktop.  What is the best way to do this?  The form modifies an attribute of a web map.

Are you using the new map viewer, not classic?

My radio buttons with conditional visibility works just fine in New Map Viewer:

And when R1-1 selected, all fields between MUTCD Code and Sign Facing Direction are hidden, even the radio buttons:

Thanks that is helpful.  Accessing the form using the web map does work, however my custom form for Field Maps has a radio button combo box that appears on a conditional basis and that part doesn't work in the web map.  I'll keep thinking about it, thanks again.

Open the web map in the new viewer and edit the layer.  It appears to honor the forms.
