Serial Chart - Click option on a selected bar should show the extent of the features on Map

Component : Serial Chart , Map 
Functionality : Click on Serial Chart (bar eg: Month) 
Expected : Map should zoom to the selected features extends  

I dont understand why map is not zooming to the selected features
