Adding Media:Image is making form not accessible

Question

Hello -

I have a form on Portal that I am adding images to that causes the form to display the "ot accessible or exist" page. I remove the .jpg files from the media:image field in connect, republish and I have access to it. What am I doing wrong adding those images. Please see below for screenshots. Thanks!

I believe that corrected the access issue but they are still not showing up on the web browser survey. Do you have any ideas there? Thanks!

If I remember right Images can have no spaces or special chars for sure in the name.  Not sure how you got all the in a file name really.  Best not to ever use special chars.  Take all that out and see.

Also note it is case sensitive so .jpg will not match .JPG
