Remove rows from List that contain no data

Question

Hi,

We have surveys in which there can be for some rows in a list, no answers, thus no data.  We are not able to use Arcade yet (10.7.1 AGS), so can't filter them, and I can't see a way to discount them from display.

Any ideas?

I was thinking you could set a filter which provides a query similar to a definition query in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro.  Not sure about the hosted feature in Dashboards or Survey123.  Can you view it in your ArcGIS Online content?  Possibly make a view of the data?  Use that for your dashboard?

I am using AGS Dashboards, accessing a Hosted FeaureLayer than has been created by AGS Survery123

Are these features being hosted as a service or just stored in a gdb?
