Error when I open Survey123 website: "There was an error loading the page. Some features may not work."

I get this error from time to time:

In our organization we are to users, Admin and Field Worker, is the Admin who gets the error.

"There was an error loading the page. Some features may not work."

I tried opening, closing and does not work.

I have the same error in some surveys of my Portal.
