I'm trying to use Web App Builder or Dashboards or some other AGOL service to create a layer that cycles through population change year after year (like Time Slider). Any idea how I need to format the attributes in order for this to work? Attached a screenshot of an example of the data I am working with. I'm using ESRI's Business Analyst data at the block group level
