Question of connection

Hello everyone, my ArcGIS version is 2.9, my ArcGIS is from school, so I need to connect with a URL that correlated with my school name, however at the beginning of opening my ArcGIS, which indicates that unable to establish the connection to the URL, may I get some help for that? Thanks a lot.

Use https instead of http.

if that doesn't work, just login using https://www.arcgis.com
