ArcGIS Pro image difference tool not working.

I'm trying to learn how to produce BARC maps and I've been following this guide:

Assess burn scars with satellite imagery | Learn ArcGIS

Once I get to the point where you use the two NBR's to create a difference raster it just refuses to do anything. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Everything has worked perfectly up to this point.

Figured out what the issue was. Arc didn't recognize that I had the spatial analyst license so I just unchecked and checked it and the differencing tool worked

Yes, they're both selected and highlighted but still nothing.

Could you ensure both the layers are selected/highlighted in Content pane, while you run Difference Process.
