Survey123 Title formatting time

Hello,

I am trying to create unique title for each survey with a point name and start time. Currently, I have it set up like this:

but when I add ${start_time}, the time is in the wrong formatting. Is there a way to format it in H:MM in the title?

You prob want format-date
