Error 504 when publishing an XLS Form

Question

While trying to Publish a form with Survey123 Connect I get an error code 504. I have attached a copy of the form I was trying to publish.

Hi @ScottPierson1,

I believe this is currently intermittent issues with ArcGIS Online for some tenants. Please contact Esri Support asap with your org details and they will look into it and resolve, based on which tenant your org is hosted in.
