ArcGis export to DXF, elevation data disappears

Question

Greetings,

I have been trying to export .DXF files from ArcGis(version 3.16.16-Hannover, in a Mac). Everything's works as expected until I open the .DXF files in AutoCad and discover that the elevation information (that exists in ArcGis) is not there.

How can I make the elevation information be included in the .DXF export?
