Can we have dynamic display of lat long and measure tool in dashboard

Hi,

 

Is it possible to have following features on dashboard?

 

1. Can we display lat, lon dynamically in dashboard on mouse move. 

 

2.  Can we add distance measuring tool in dashboard map element.

Comment, not an answer: have you looked at Experience Builder? I think this product allows you configure an app to include things such as this "get-map coordinates" widget.
