Good Afternoon,
I have users who are experiencing a default photo viewer problem. When they open a JPG through a layer's html hyperlink. It always asks which program to use to view the picture, even though the default is already set to Windows Picture Viewer. This problem seems to only occur in ArcMAP. Does anyone know where the default viewer settings are set in ArcMAP?
