How to convert Symbology Encoding (SE) to ArcGIS Pro .Stylx ?

I am clueless after a ton of research. Maybe it is not doable. Does anybody have advice for me? I appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Have you tried saving the layer file in an .mxd, then importing the .mxd into Pro?  This may give you a window to export the layer file symbology into a Pro style layer.
