I want to calculate the percentage of presence of a map layer in a grid

Question

I want to calculate the percentage of presence of a map layer in a grid cell.

So ideally, I want to know the percentage presence of the orange map layer for each grid cell (see figure).
Which analysis tool should I use for this?
