Add Metadata via Python Script, URI not found!

I am using this documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.7/arcpy/metadata/metadata-class.htm

and it has tags/uris such as 
new_md.title
new_md.accessConstraints
new_md.tags

but what If I want to edit some other places in the metadata?
Specifically I would like to edit these locations:

Is there a way to obtain ALL possible URI's or documentation on all URI's?
