I created a custom pop-up in the webmap, but when I use Workforce app Android (v. 17.0.1), it shows the attributes and not the custom pop-up. Any tips if it's possible to use custom popup in Workforce for Android?

Custom pop-ups are not supported in Workforce Classic.
If use custom popups; you would need to move to the new version of Workforce.

I installed the patch 1081 https://support.esri.com/en/download/7825?rmedium=links_esri_com_t_z&rsource=https%3A%2F%2Flinks.esri.com%2Fworkforce-1081-patch and now it's ok to use ArcGIS Workforce and custom popup.
