水文学的に調整されたDEMを使って流域面積や流路方向を決定する方法を学べるArcGIS Proのチュートリアルをご存知の方はいらっしゃいますか？

また、洪水リスクや豪雨管理に関するより具体的なチュートリアルも非常に興味があります。

ArcHydro is a free add-on that uses Spatial Analyst License to do these things. I have not used it in Pro.

You can do these things just using Spatial Analyst w/o ArcHydro.

ArGIS pro spatial analyst extension provides you to set of hydtology tools. Which will help you to extract and find caychment atea.
