My new Laptop Dell Precision 7550 would not open ArcGIS Pro 2.8

Hi

I am migrating all my stuff from the old laptop to the new laptop. It is a Dell Precision 7550 laptop and am starting to install a few software that I have been using on from my old laptop.

Problem is that when I install the ArcGIS Pro 2.8.  I click on the icon from the start menu and when it is loading and then all of sudden it stops loading  the application .

I'm scratching my head here because this is from my agency that is puts the software to the cloud for the employees to install easier .

I was able to install ArcGIS Desktop 10.7.1 without any problems .

depends on your license type.  you may have had to return a license before installing it on a new machine.
