ArcGIS Server Manager is directing to Portal Admin. How can I fix it?

Hi,

How to reverse targeting of Arcgis Server Manager which is directed to Portal Admin? Once configured on the ArcGIS Web Adapter portal server it merged the two, but I need to separate them. Can I reinstall ArcGIS Web Adapter?

Could you confirm that you have two separate WA's installed for portal and server?
