Move map (with all its layers) from one acount to another

I have been given the task to move a map (with all its layers) from one Arcgis account to another.

Any tips on how I can easily do that?

Are you referring to Web Map in ArcGIS Online? If yes, you could test ArcGIS Online Assistant (esri.com).
