ESRI Map visual not showing in Power BI

Hello, I am unable to load ArcGIS map visual into Power BI. I can't see the icon in the visualizations pane. I have enable ArcGIS for Power BI in the general settings on Desktop and Web service. 

 

When I select enable ArcGIS for Power in the settings pane, it seems as though it applies the setting. But when I return to settings it is unchecked again. 

 What can I do to enable ArcGIS for powerBI desktop? I am using the latest version (Sept 28, 2021)

@MarcusDavis - Hello there! My name is Anthony and I am a product engineer on the ArcGIS for Power BI visual.

It seems like that this is related to the settings by your Office 365 administrator. There is an overall setting in the Office 365 tenant that controls whether or not ArcGIS for Power BI shows up in Power BI Desktop / Power BI Online. 

I would double-check with your Office 365 administrator to see if this option is disabled.
