I'm going to be using this API at least ten times more than the graph shows below, but it worries me because I cant find anywhere in ESRI docs about how much you can use this API until it costs?

Is there any information about pricing when it goes above 2,000,000 tiles a month?
I wonder if the 'Pricing' tab at the top of the page (and linked in the post by Andy) might have some of the details you're looking for: https://developers.arcgis.com/pricing/ If not, you should reach out directly as Andy suggested.
