map.disablePan() does not work on Firefox

I try disabling panning on ArgGis Application Builder, Javascript API 3.37. I use map.disablePan() which works perfectly for Chrome and Edge. Unfortuantely, it does not disable panning in Firefox. I tried with Firefox 91.0.2.

Any ideas?
