Ability to add dynamic url parameter in chart and indicator widget to create link

Question

I need to update the URL in the chart and indicator widgets in ArcGIS online dashboard. I have filter data based on the selection in the category filters and update the data in widgets but I need to redirect filter selection on an URL with the selected filter parameter.
