I found that ArcGIS android 10.2.9 could not be configured online, so I downloaded the offline development kit. However, after I configured it, I found that it could be run on some mobile phones, while others could not, and the error was reported as no 64-bit so file. I hope to get your help.

Hi,

10.2.9 is older version of Runtime Android that does not have support for 64 bit native libs. The support for 64 bit native libs was added in version100.5 Runtime Android SDK.
