Problems with dates formats

I have this problem with formats and dates. In Arcgis PRo it shows one date and in the dashboard another

You have to set the time zone in your date field. Change this by opening the properties of the layer and selecting the Time option. If you don't do that, it is assumed to be in UTC at midnight. When you view these points in your location, they're calculated to be five hours before that, or 7 pm the day before.
