Azure Active Directory integration with ArcGIS Online - Change principalname

Hello,

I have configured Azure Active Directory integration with ArcGIS Online using the MS Tutorial: Azure Active Directory integration with ArcGIS Online | Microsoft Docs.

Everything works, but I have noticed that the userid in ArcGIS Online is the AAD user.principalname + _ + [the base url of my organization]

Ex. john.doe@mail.com_organizationname

I would like to change the organizationname to something else.

Is there any way to change it?

You can change the base URL of the organization by changing its short name. The following article has steps on how you can do that: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012002
