Failed to upgrade from 10.8 to 10.8.1

Hello fellas,

We are trying to upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 to 10.8.1 but stuck on the below error! Any solution for this issue?

Hi Calvin,

As I can see that the ArcGIS Server service account has the read/write permissions to the mentioned directories.

Hi Hussam,

I have seen this error message before when the ArcGIS Server service account doesn't have sufficient privileges. Can you verify that the account running the ArcGIS Server Windows service has explicit read/write permissions to the following directories:

Content directory: C:\arcgisserver

Installation directory: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server

Python directory: C:\Python27
