How to limit the number of entries for select_one

Hello,

I am trying to create a survey123 form for an event registration.   I will use select_one type to display 5 session choices.

Each session can hold only 5 seats.  Once 5 people are signed up for one session, then that session will display either grayed out or no seats available message and 4 other sessions will still display for attendees to sign up until each session reaches 5 attendants.

How can I develop this form?

This form will be applicable for any registration applications.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi SJ,

Apologies for the delay.  At this time, this interactive functionality (querying results to create to create 'caps' on attendance) is not available within Survey123.  There is a beta feature, custom javascript functions, which could query submission results in the future to enable this type of workflow.
