ArcGIS Pro 2.3 Calculate Field Missing Helpers for Python3

Question

It appears there are Python3 code block helpers that are no longer available in Pro 2.3.  For example, Sequential Number.  Copy/pasting the code block works fine, but it was nice having the helper.  Is there a python package that needs to be added to Pro?

Hi Deena,

Edit - I see from the screen shot that Sequential Number is not available on your end. What tool is this? I just picked the Calculate Field tool as a test and I see all the helpers (including Sequential Number) towards the bottom. Double clicking on one will populate the Code Block.
