How to finish creating a line feature

I am unable to finish creating a line feature when zooming out or shifting the map. The line tool just wants to create a vertex rather than ending a line.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for responding to my issue. I used a work-around by deleting and replacing the layer having the issue. It now works fine. I think that it had something to do with scaling or grid, but I am now good to go,

Are you able to provide a screenshot?
Is this for all line feature classes in any project - or a specific line feature class in a specific project?
What version of ArcGIS Pro?
Any other details that you can think of that may help us narrow it down?
