Can't open shadow and ambient occlusion

sorry to ask a small question. why can't open shadow and ambient occlusion which shows grey.

what is Condition activiting it?

Hello Chen Hangyu,

thank you for your question. Shadows and Ambient occlusion are not available on older graphics cards. If you use graphics hardware that is in CityEngine 2015 system requirements—Esri CityEngine | ArcGIS for Desktop , these options are always available.
