Facebook Share Button in Series Map

Question

Has anyone been able to get the Facebook share button to work in a Series Map?

I get a window with "Not Found" and a link back to Facebook. Here's the URL it generates:

https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?s=100&p[title]=City%20of%20Encinitas%20Work%20Plan%20Projects&p[summary]=&p[url]=http%3A%2F%2Fencinitas.maps.arcgis.com%2Fapps%2FMapSeries%2Findex.html%3Fappid%3Dabcb1e41a88e41f7b87aab875d988179&p[images][0]=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.arcgis.com%2Fapps%2FMapSeries%2Fresources%2Fcommon%2Ficons%2Fesri-globe.png

It works fine in a Tour Map. Here's the URL it generates:
