Unable to share QuickCapture project to Public on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

Question

I am unable to share my QuickCapture project to Everyone (Public) on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. When I select “continue without signing in” the mobile app requires me to enter a username and password to sign into the ArcGIS Enterprise portal. I reviewed in the contents page that the items are shared. Please advise on how to solve this issue.

This bug should now be resolved for Enterprise with built in authentication.

Version 1.18 of the mobile app has the fix.

I do not know if it helps that the ESRI architect recently installed ArcGIS Enterprise for us.
Should you please set the log as a high priority? I have to launch this app for the field season soon. Should I search for the solution to this BUG-000152807? Or wait for you to reply?
