Il est classé comme contenu pour abonnés, ce qui signifie que pour le consulter, il faut un compte utilisateur nommé. Cependant, la description indique qu'il peut être accessible de la manière suivante : "Register an application<\/A><\/SPAN> et utiliser les identifiants de votre application<\/SPAN>". Super - mais je ne suis pas sûr si cela permettrait seulement le partage au sein de mon organisation ou si cela permettrait le partage avec n'importe qui ? It depends on the services accessed. This link explains what the app login authenticates for. Since the Esri World Traffic Service is an Esri-hosted subscriber service, this should be accessible to the general public.
