Rotating labels in ArcScene

ArcScene 9.3.1 - installing a litte Extension and it was possible to label points - and these rotate relate to the position of the camera etc.

This feature in the core of v10 - and the 3D-world would be a little bit beautiful.

ArcGIS Desktop, which includes ArcScene, is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026 so we won’t be considering this idea. We recommend that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro, our fully supported desktop GIS application.

Oooh yes please 3D labels in ArcScene for v10!!!

Was disappointed this wasn't in the v10 release. I suppose there was the 3D labels toolbar extension for ArcScene 9 so maybe it slipped through the net.

Please please please do this! Attribute labelling is one of the key cool things about GIS and to not be able to do it in ArcScene is very frustrating.
