Make the popup box moveable!

Echo the previous comments plus allowing for the use of raw HTML to customize the layout/contents within popup.

And adding to that. Allow some simple logic to be executed within that popup, field calculator or label expression style (or conditionaly formatting in Excel). If field A > Field B show message in green, bold else show message in red, bold. Or, show the result of an expression caculated from Fields A and B.
