Functionality or tool to export bookmarks into other formats (CSV, XML)

This idea was logged on behalf of our customer.

Add a functionality or tool into ArcMap that allows user to export bookmarks into other formats as CSV or XML. Now, the only option is to export bookmarks into *.dat file. The idea could be implemented as part of the idea Create Bookmark Toolbox .
