Be able to configure a proximity alarm so when the gps input gets close to either point/polygon layer it triggers a sound/message or both

Would like to see this capability added per layer in collector. We have volunteers collecting field data while in their vehicles. This capability could be an improvement to safety. Volunteers would not have to continuously look at their device to see if they are close to a feature needing inspection.
