Cannot deploy ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 with Cloud Builder 10.8

Question

Attempting to use Azure Cloud Builder 10.8 to deploy a new 10.8 Enterprise site.

Seems I cannot get the 10.8 Cloud Builder to open, getting the following error:

I can get it to run with another personal test account but so long as I'm plugging into my organisations account it isn't working. I've tried multiple machines and have asked other administrators to do it, but no one can get it to work. Wondering if the limitation is due to the fact that we have an existing 10.7.1 deployment?

This issue is now resolved. We discovered that a recent project on our Azure environment was reusing tags that Cloud Builder uses, this was somehow confusing Cloud Builder. We removed them and then it started working again immediately.
