Adding a representative fraction as dynamic text

It would be useful if I could add a represenative fraction as dynmaic text so I can then include this in sentances.

My work around is to set the representative scale to match the represenrtative fraction and use that.

The alternative is not to display an RF at all or to type it in manually.

This idea is for ArcMap, which is being retired. ArcGIS Pro provides many options for dynamic text.
