Change double click on row behavior

When  I double click on a row it zooms to the feature. I would prefer the ability to change that to pan to feature. I know you can right click and select to pan but its nicer to double click. I use the pan to feature tool much more frequently than zoom to.

Instead of changing the double-click, how about a shortcut key like hold down "p" and click on the record to pan to the feature?  This way you can zoom to or pan to easily.  BTW, I didn't demote or promote... just commenting.
